That’s why I created Renov8 Fitness Core Strong! It’s a 6-week program designed to make your core stronger from the inside out.
There are three phases in this program specifically designed to help you become “core aware,” to enhance your posture, and to rebalance + strengthen your core.

The same thing happens when you spend a lot of time on your phone, laptop, or other devices.
