Last month I traveled to San Diego for Disability Rights California’s first all-staff event in five years! I had the pleasure of leading three workshops on Movement in the Workplace, Creating a Vision Board & How to Set Goals That Stick, and Living a Healthy Lifestyle & Eating on a Budget.
What I love so much about my Workplace Wellness programs for businesses, companies, groups and teams is being able to help even more people in the world than I already do through my custom fitness, nutrition & lifestyle coaching programs for individuals.
Having a mission of inspiring one million people to shatter self-imposed glass ceilings to find their athlete within is no small feat. It requires persistence, dedication, passion, and reach to successfully promote a positive and self-loving culture in our world.
I always try to remember that what I do and how I impact others, both intentionally and unintentionally, is so important and meaningful not only to myself, but also to those I’m influencing on a daily basis.
Yes, this can be a lot of pressure at times, but it’s also very easy when I truly believe in what I do and teach every single day.
Don’t be afraid of change. Open up to the positive opportunities around you, and know that you are capable of achieving anything you desire. Believe in yourself and surround yourself with those who inspire and motivate you to be your very best!
