You didn’t make it to the gym today. Who’s to blame?
You stayed up late watching Netflix and eating pizza. Who’s to blame?
You never seem to have enough money in your account to take a vacation. Again – who’s to blame?
I know how easy it is to blame traffic or your partner or your boss.
But believe me, your life will get so much better when you stop playing the Blame Game and instead take responsibility for your emotions and circumstances. Every time you attribute a shortcoming to someone else, you’re giving away your own power. And it’s impossible to create a life of freedom and joy when you’re always looking for someone else to take the responsibility.
It’s YOUR responsibility to get to the gym as you planned… to go to bed on time and eat right… to save money for your financial aims.
NO ONE ELSE’S.
It’s also your responsibility to ask for help when you need it. And that’s why I’m here – to help you build accountability and habits that will serve you better than the Blame Game does.
